The Enterprise Edition of Visual Intercept, the premiere bug tracking system for the Microsoft development environment, is project oriented, scaleable and optimized for Microsoft Visual Tool users. Visual Intercept Enterprise allows you to create deep hierarchies of projects and subprojects for categorizing bugs. It provides a completely customizable notification scheme. Complex user-defined parameters may be used to notify anyone of any event in the system. In this edition, notifications can be received via e-mail, as well as through the Visual Intercept Manager program. SMTP integration also allows non-Visual Intercept users to be notified of events, so customers and employees who do not have Visual Intercept can remain up-to-date. Visual Intercept already tracks most of the information you need to do effective bug-tracking. However, each company may have factors unique to their particular development projects that require extra fields in the database. The Visual Intercept Enterprise Edition provides a new customizable tab for projects, incidents, contacts, accounts, and hardware. Each custom tab will consist of eight fields which the Visual Intercept administrator can configure as he pleases, to track whatever information your organization requires.
