Harvey Oslund was Area Director of the Navigators in the Washington DC region from about 1970-1980. This is a photo from the reunion in August, 2000. Harvey is in the front row, center, in a blue and white shirt. Most of the people in this picture (and many others not present) were reached and taught directly or indirectly as a result of Harvey Oslund's ministry. He continued to serve the Lord faithfully until his death in July 2008; but his influence continues.
